Avocado Ice Cream



Creamy and refreshing, this avocado ice cream offers a unique twist on a classic treat. Avocado lends its rich and buttery flavor, while sweetened condensed milk and cream create a lusciously smooth texture. It's a delightful dessert that's both indulgent and surprisingly healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Peel and pit the avocados, then mash them in a bowl until smooth

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined

Fold the mashed avocados into the mixture until evenly incorporated

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm

Once firm, scoop the avocado ice cream into bowls or cones and serve
