Fried Chicken, Honey Butter, and Biscuit Sandwich



A delicious mix of sweet honey butter, crispy fried chicken, and fluffy biscuits that work well together in terms of taste and texture.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 biscuits, split and warmed

Instructions:

Put flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme in a shallow dish

Mix them together

First, coat the chicken breasts in buttermilk

Then, coat them in the flour mixture and shake off the extra

Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

It should take about 6 to 8 minutes per side to fry the chicken until it is golden brown and fully cooked

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and honey together until they are well mixed

Spread honey butter on biscuit halves that are still warm

Put fried chicken on the bottom halves of the biscuits

Add the other biscuit halves on top to make sandwiches
