Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 lasagne noodles, cooked al dente
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet
Cook over medium-low heat until the beef is browned and the onion is clear
Get rid of extra fat
Add the marinara sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a different bowl and mix them together
Put a little meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish
Put three lasagna noodles on top of it
Cover the noodles with a layer of the cheese mixture
Add more layers of meat sauce, noodles, and cheese until all the ingredients are used up
Finish with a layer of cheese on top
Place foil over the top and bake for 25 minutes
Take the foil off and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown
Give it 10 minutes to sit before you serve
