Brown Sugar Beef Kabobs



These Brown Sugar Beef Kabobs are a sweet and savory delight. The brown sugar marinade caramelizes on the grill, creating a mouthwatering glaze on tender beef and colorful vegetables. Perfect for summer cookouts!

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade

Place the beef cubes in a ziplock bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the beef

Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for best flavor

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

Thread the marinated beef cubes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers

Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred
